Northlead is sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who handles payments and refunds.

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

First payment

If Northlead is not right for you, ask for a full refund within [14] days of your first payment by emailing support@northlead.app or contacting Paddle through the link on your receipt.

After that

• You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no further charge.
• We do not refund part-used months or years, unless the law requires it or the service had a serious outage that we could not fix.
• Removing users during a period lowers the price from the next period.

How refunds are paid

Paddle returns approved refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
